We are an international developer and project management office that concentrates on managing demanding projects.

The group’s turnover is approximately €11 million and we employ 135 people. Our experts carry out approximately 15 projects annually in several different countries. Our company handles demanding public buildings and public infrastructure projects as well as project management for the facility planning, implementation and deployment of power plants and industrial production.

Our subsidiary, Lapland Water Research Ltd. (LVT), is an infrastructure planner and one of the leading environmental consultants in the country. LVT’s services include community planning, environmental studies and statutory observation as well as analysis services. The company has a Finas accredited laboratory (T131).
